Makeup Uncomplicated: Eyeshadow Brushes

So I’ve basically been majorly MIA here because I’ve turned my instagram posts into blog posts 😑😑 So here I am, importing from my most loved platform (if you aren’t already following me there – hello? What could you possibly be waiting for 😊😊 – @crystalolisa 😙)

Throwback to when I was obbbsseeeedd with green and went out hunting I shot this comparison of the @juviasplace shadows vs the @anastasiabeverlyhills eyeshadow in Peacock and there was a very clear winner – #juviasplace all the way! The shimmers went on hella pigmented unlike the #ABH which had to be built and built, and still needed a base to really pop. Lips = @colourpopcosmetics Dr M which I DO NOT recommend (horrible formular)

The first thing I  always get asked when I tell people I’m on youtube is if I have a beginner series. SO HERE IT IS, finally lol. I thought I’d start with brushes because they’re so easy, and I keep things very simple with my makeup tools.

The look you give your lipstick when you’re too sure you have a total #DUPE .. but then you realize you don’t So you bow to the greatness that is the @sephora liquid lipsticks New video now on youtube – and yes, these are SOOO worth the buy! #linkinbio
SWIPE -》 to see the colours I thought were dupes that turned out to look nothing like the Sephora Liquid Lipstick in 27 Black Cherry

The three brushes I used: 1. Fluffy blending brush – great for crease work + blending darker colours in the outer corner. 2. Flat packing brush – great for laying colours in the lower lash line + pointed tip can be used on lower lash line. 3. Pencil brush – INNER CORNER HIGHLIGHT. Whether it’s a lip brush or just any thin pointed brush, you will thank me when you use it – it was made for that inner corner glow. _______ Because of all that’s happening I’m not home right now, so I can’t do much about the weird lighting on the eyeshadow palette – sorry! But I hope you get the general idea. I also hope you’re all as un-adventurous as I am, and that you & yours are indoors and safe. ________ #octoly #octolyfamily #influenster

So what three (two really) brushes do I think are MUST HAVES if you’re doing regular eyeshadow looks? A fluffy blending brush, a flat packer brush and a pencil brush. Sew them in action down below 😊

Before you ask, yes I will be bringing this serie to youtube sobe sure to SUBSCRIBE there and keep an eye out for them 🙂 Hope you found this helpful. Let me know if you have anything specific you’d like me to answer/demonstrate, or just say hi lol. Thanks for dropping by!
