As promised, more tips rounded up from the internet on how to get incredibly defined abs! A little commitment and you’ll be showing them off in as many crop tops as your heart desires 😃 Just  find a little space in your house, lay out something comfortable  to lie on and get to  work. I like to do mine as I watch a series or something, so I’m not just couch potato-ing away but feel like I’m hitting two birds with one stone, you know?
