Hey! So I’m continuing my travel posts from a fashion perspective today. I thought I’d talk about prints, tribal ones this time and my overall obsession with patterns on clothing. With a few sneak peaks at the resort we stayed in, of course ☺🌴🌴
I shot this look poolside, so you’ll see a lot of that here. Malindi was nowhere near as hot as I hoped it would be, but the sun was out and we had clear blue skies most times so it was great for picture-taking frenzies lol. I shot this outfit that I loove but always have trouble photographing because: 1. It’s skin tight. 2. The three-quarter length is a trend I’m still mulling over. Today I love it, tomorrow I don’t, as it goes with fashion am-I-right? 😀
Tribal, on the other hand, is something I’ll admit to being waay behind on. I love patterns and prints but for some reason, this is the only ethnic print I own. Bows head in shame lol. I’m the definition of girly so I love a lot of floral prints, but tribal ones are so edgy that I feel like I have to get in on them. Now. Immediately.
And, as if I have to mention this, the print is on a jumpsuit!! My all time favourite silhouette with an uncontrolled pattern in pink. It’s a trifecta, guys.
And, ofcourse, my little sweetheart photobomed me a number of times. She turned two when we were there and I had a blast trying to get her to swim. Thus her little costume. I should get her a tutu or something though, yes?
As always, thanks for reading! :D:D
